• Chaste tree berry, with 5% vitexin, acts on the pituitary gland to increase the output of luteinizing hormones, which increase progesterone production and help relieve menopausal symptoms
• Soy isoflavones balance the activity of estrogens in the body and are considered strong phytoestrogens
